From photo upload to a clean background in four steps

Start with a photo, let the editor separate the subject from its original scene, then choose the background result that fits your next use.

    Upload your image

    Open the editor and upload a supported JPG, PNG, or WebP image. A fresh workspace is used whenever you switch tools.

    Remove the original scene

    The background-removal service processes the image and creates a subject cutout. You can see the processing state before you download.

    Select a background result

    Keep the transparent result, or use Change background to place the subject on white or another selected color.

  4. 4

    Review and download

    Preview the completed image, download it, and find completed projects in your history while they are available.

Choose the result you need

  • Remove background: isolate the subject and prepare a clean cutout.
  • Change background: place the cutout on a white or other solid-color background.
  • Transparent background: keep the cutout on a transparent PNG for design and compositing.
